Ms. Loeffler focuses her practice on estate and tax planning for individuals and family businesses, and trust administration. She provides advice to help individuals minimize various taxes, including income, property, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. She assists business owners with planning, forming and managing business entities, including S corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Ms. Loeffler’s estate planning services include counseling clients on their estate planning options, preparing documents to meet their individual needs, and assisting trustees, executors and family members to implement estate plans. She provides trust administration and probate services and prepares estate and gift tax returns as needed. Ms. Loeffler also provides advice on charitable giving and prepares related documents.

Community & Personal Interests
Ms. Loeffler is involved in Scouting as Crew Advisor for a Venturing Crew, working with teenage boys and girls ages 13-20 to develop good citizens and future leaders through participation in high adventure activities such as backpacking, hiking, and canoeing.
Ms. Loeffler supports charities that benefit children, including Rady Children's Hospital, the Alliance for Children, Save the Children and the San Diego Rescue Mission. She is also a member of the San Diego Lions Club.
