She routinely litigates various trust litigation matters from the initial stage of reviewing estate planning documents, to the preparation of pleadings, to the discovery stage, and up through trial and appeal.
Judy has second-chaired seven (7) trials on issues ranging from construction defect, a dog-bite/personal injury matter, a partnership dissolution and wind-up, a commercial real estate dispute concerning personal guarantee, a trust contest of a trust amendment, successfully defended a trust contest, and a real estate dispute concerning the delivery of a deed. She also second-chaired an arbitration concerning a dispute concerning a corporate executive's "top-hat" benefits.
