Ms. Loeffler focuses her practice on estate and tax planning for individuals and family businesses, and trust administration. She provides advice to help individuals minimize various taxes, including income, property, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. She assists business owners with planning, forming and managing business entities, including S corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Loeffler’s estate planning services include counseling clients on their estate planning options, preparing documents to meet their individual needs, and assisting trustees, executors and family members to implement estate plans. She provides trust administration and probate services and prepares estate and gift tax returns as needed. Ms. Loeffler also provides advice on charitable giving and prepares related documents.

Ms. Loeffler is a member of the Trusts & Estates and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of California; the Taxation, Trust & Estates and Elder Law Sections of the San Diego County Bar Association; the Probate Attorneys of San Diego; the San Diego Lawyer’s Club; the Estate Planning Group Network; ProVisors; and the San Diego Downtown Lions Club. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors, and on the Planned Giving Committee, of the San Diego Natural History Museum, and the Board of Directors of the San Diego Downtown Lions Club.
